Abdolmajid Arfaei is the one who first translated Cyrus Cylinder from Babylon to modern Persian Language.

In this regard, europen found his appreciation ceremony as an appropriate occassion to appreciate his life long efforts in translation of ancient texts to understanble language and keeping alive heritage of our ancestors by a Cyrus Cylinder pen.
