This ceremony took place in Avian Africa Institute of Hamburg University on 30th January 2013  with participation of some scholars and cultural figures.

In the begining, Dr. Jalal Khaleghi Motlagh made his speech about Europen cultural activities and following him Kamal Golestani explained about Europen cultural pens. In this regard, a movie was played for giving more information about Europen Cultural activities.

Surprisingly Kamal Golestani presented a unique pen with image of Dr. Khaleghi Motlagh on it to him. Europen Khaleghi pen is among those ranges that has been produced by Europen in handful limited quantity for appreciation of contemporary cultural figures.

In Addition to Khaleghi pen, a Khayyam limited edition pen was also presented to Professor Paul, dean of Oriantal studies in Hamburg University.

At the end, a masterpiece of Sadegh hedayat was literary criticized by participants and eventually presented Europen cultural pens by lottery to the participants.
